Experience iGOLI and Grammy nominated musical INALA
By Admin | 24th November 2025
At iGOLI, the bar at House of Sisters Grimm, fine wine, art and a live performance of the Grammy nominated musical INALA combine in a way that’s never been done before.
EXPLORE iGOLI
This first-of-its-kind immersive bar exclusively showcases the best of South Africa’s terroir through premium wines and artisanal cocktails. Each bottle tells a story of place and artistry, curated by South Africa’s foremost wine authority, Michael Fridjhon, in partnership with Julian Naik and Spirits & Bubbles SA. His handpicked selection celebrates the complexity of South Africa’s ancient soils, coastal winds and diverse microclimates - from the rugged Swartland to the luminous vineyards of Robertson.
But iGOLI isn’t just about taste - it’s about storytelling. Three specially created wine labels feature an original painting by Ella Spira MBE, co-founder of Sisters Grimm, created in situ at the estate where the grapes are grown.
From the dramatic “View from a Plane” over Paarl for the Ahrens Black, to the serenity of Eenzaamheid's Chenin Blanc and the sparkling elegance of Dainty Bess Cap Classique, these limited-edition bottles – only available at iGOLI - unite art and land.
Completing the journey are three bespoke cocktails created by Johannesburg’s award-winning Sin+Tax Cocktail Bar, inspired by INALA - a show that celebrates South Africa’s spirit through music and dance. “Siyophumelela – We Will Make It” with sherry, thyme, and absinthe; “Khulumanaye – Talk To Her” with gin, pear, and honey; and “Woze Sambe – Come Let’s Go” tequila, strawberry, vin blanc and mezcal.
EXPERIENCE INALA
Don’t miss the “Irresistible” (Evening Standard), a Grammy-nominated music and dance production that has toured internationally, performed for royalty, and received widespread critical acclaim for both its artistic excellence and its cultural impact.
Audiences have risen to their feet at the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Variety Performance and Hampton Court Palace. Now the show is set to be presented in its most intimate and powerful form yet, bringing audiences into the very heart of INALA’s spine-tingling score, soaring South African voices and dance that has moved audiences worldwide.
INALA is a defining moment in South African culture, now relaunched with a new cast of South African singer-dancers, and with spoken word by Ndaba Mandela, grandson of Nelson Mandela.
